pesowin Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pesowin," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the pesowin platform, accessible at pesowin.xyz, and its operators.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pesowin platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pesowin platform.
• "Platform" means the pesowin website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services available at pesowin.xyz.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their pesowin Account using eligible payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account by pesowin.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity and document verification process required for account approval and withdrawals.

By accessing the pesowin platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pesowin platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

pesowin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To register and maintain an Account on pesowin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pesowin, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the pesowin platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

pesowin reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pesowin may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the pesowin platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID
• A valid and active email address that you own and control
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Your date of birth
• Your current residential address in the Philippines

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pesowin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pesowin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

All financial transactions on the pesowin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). pesowin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online transfer
• BDO (Banco de Oro) online transfer
• Metrobank online transfer

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. pesowin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pesowin Account holder.

pesowin does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. Players are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings under Philippine law.

pesowin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Certain game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games typically contribute 10%; slots contribute 100% unless otherwise stated.
• pesowin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds and associated winnings if abuse or misuse is detected.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the pesowin platform – including slots, live dealer games, bingo, Bingo Adventure, Limbo, and all other titles – are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

pesowin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform. pesowin will not reverse a completed game result except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, pesowin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• pesowin reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close any Player's Account if unusual betting patterns are detected that suggest exploitation of game mechanics or software vulnerabilities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pesowin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pesowin staff or other Players through any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account

pesowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider
• Detection of duplicate Accounts associated with the same individual
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting pesowin support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

pesowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pesowin Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pesowin platform
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered

All content on the pesowin platform – including but not limited to the pesowin name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design – is the exclusive property of pesowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pesowin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pesowin content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pesowin content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pesowin software
• Use any pesowin trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent

Any unauthorized use of pesowin intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pesowin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Decisions made based on information provided on the platform
• Interruption or cessation of platform services for any reason
• Any loss arising from your reliance on game outcome predictions or strategies

pesowin's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pesowin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the pesowin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pesowin implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and pesowin cannot guarantee absolute data security.

pesowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pesowin will notify registered Players by email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top. Your continued use of the pesowin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting pesowin support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to pesowin's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to pesowin support, and pesowin will endeavor to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under PAGCOR guidelines. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any such regulatory review process.

For disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
